Their Creamline milk has not lost any of its nutrient value to the processes of separation or homogenization. It comes to the consumer as it comes from the cow.
The milk is pasteurized at the lowest temperatures permitted by law to kill off harmful bacteria, but nothing more is done to the milk that might compromise quality, taste, or nutritional value.
